Hi, My name is Ali Choi. I‘m a 500 hour registered yoga teacher specializing in Meditation & Mindfulness, Ayurveda, and Holistic Wellness.

I believe that everyone has the ability to find and live a vibrant, happy, and fulfilled lives. And you have the ability to get there by finding YOUR unique path!

I’m here to help and support you in your journey.

My meditation journey began in 2007 by chance and it has changed my life forever!

My practice has evolved over the years. It started as a simple personal practice in the beginning, which included many failed attempts and ups and downs. Then, years later, I became a lead meditation teacher at a wellness resort in Thailand and taught students from all over the world in 12 yoga teacher trainings.

I’ve received my education & trainings in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and various holistic wellness practices (Chi Nei Tsang, Cupping, Reiki, Tok Sen, & Detox) from India, Thailand, and California. I also hold a psychology degree from University of California, Los Angeles.

These days, I offer a variety of services from coaching yoga teachers & wellness professionals to become meditation facilitators/teachers, online classes & courses, yoga & meditation retreats, as well as Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Style & Technique

My approach to meditation is that it is not a One-Size-Fits-All, but there is a size that fits each person!

After working with many students from all over the world of all ages and walks of life, I’ve learned ways to share meditation in ways that are:

Meditation can be something that doesn’t have to feel like a chore, but rather something that you can enjoy and look forward to.

For teachers & coaches, I guide you through how you can lead others in meditation with the same approach & principles listed above. I also incorporate my knowledge from Ayurveda & Psychology to help you understand why certain meditations may work better for some people and not for others. This allows you to navigate your teaching practice and interactions with your students with confidence & ease.

Meditation and all of its wonderful benefits can be available for everyone, it’s just a matter of figuring out what works and understanding how to deliver them.
