I Am affirmations are positive statements that help you overcome negative, limiting, and self-sabotaging thoughts and beliefs. One of the most important things to keep in mind when using affirmations is to frame the affirmation in a positive way.
I AM Affirmations
Some examples of positive affirmations include:
- I am present.
- I am strong.
- I am blessed and abundant.
- I am open and ready to find true love.
- I am optimistic about the future.
- I am a great giver and an excellent receiver.
- I am letting love into my life.
- I am worthy of love and care.
- I am happy to be who I am around people I love.
- I am worthy of the compliments I receive.
Abundance and Health
The benefits of using affirmations can be supported by a variety of studies on related topics. For example, we know that things like optimism, positive thinking, and various mindsets lead to well-being and other positive outcomes. We also know that when we believe something will come true, it is actually more likely to. Even false beliefs can affect our own and others’ experiences.
Manifestation is not about material wealth, but rather about living the life you were born to live so that you can experience what this world has to offer in love, health, happiness, and financial security.
I AM Affirmations for Abundance and Health
I Am Affirmations are a great way to start and end your day. Our brains fill our awareness with things that we think about. So if you think about green and then look around in your room, you’ll notice green all around. Likewise, when you tell yourself that your life is amazing, you’ll find more and more amazing things show up in your life.
This isn’t magic or impossibility that we’re talking about, but really simply training our minds not to overly focus on negativity so that we can spend our energy more positively and productively.
